Andy Roads
Andy is the Co-Founder and CEO of High Altitude Recruiting. He began his career with one of the largest healthcare companies in the U.S., where he supported over 30,000 employees in various HR roles. His experience in recruiting proved to be a pivotal moment in his career. Leading the East Coast recruiting team, he was responsible for staffing hospitals and clinics, often filling over 40 positions at a time. Andy was then recruited into the agency world, where he specialized in hiring Directors and above. Over the next 10 years, he worked closely with a mentor who guided him in recruiting executives for a range of clients, from small family-owned businesses to billion-dollar household brands.
Sarah Spong
Sarah the Founder and Owner of SLR Recruitment is our Partner based in the United Kingdom. She embodies the essence of leadership and empowerment. Simon Roads, our Co founder is the CEO of High Altitude Partners, where he provides expert consulting services, drawing on over 40 years of experience in the aviation sector. With more than 18 years in leadership roles, Simon has led global sales teams and is well-versed in building successful teams by understanding diverse hiring needs. He has collaborated with royalty, C-suite executives, and VPs, offering a personalized, world-class approach to meet the unique requirements of each client. Simon’s deep industry knowledge and leadership continue to drive success for his clients at both High Altitude Partners and High Altitude Recruiting.
Michele Roads
Michele is the Office Manager at HAP, where she plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities. With exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail, Michele manages everything from administrative tasks to supporting the team’s overall efficiency.
