Andy Roads
Andy is the Co-Founder and CEO of High Altitude Recruiting. He began his career with one of the largest healthcare companies in the U.S., where he supported over 30,000 employees in various HR roles. His experience in recruiting proved to be a pivotal moment in his career. Leading the East Coast recruiting team, he was responsible for staffing hospitals and clinics, often filling over 40 positions at a time. Andy was then recruited into the agency world, where he specialized in hiring Directors and above.
Andy has led CEO executive searches for 15 Fortune 100 companies, ensuring C-suite candidates align with both cultural values and long-term business objectives

Sarah Spong
Sarah the Founder and Owner of SLR Recruitment is our Partner based in the United Kingdom. She embodies the essence of leadership and empowerment.
